This is an implementation of the NASA-TLX task load index.
If the script is run with a command line argument -v, the text following v will be used as the task to be rated, and this will appear at the top of the screen and will be saved to the data file.
You can choose whether to use the 15 pairwise comparisons at the beginning of the scale, by setting
gDoWeightings <- 1
gDoWeightings <- 0
 Data Output
Data are saved into the file data\tlx-data.csv, with each column a separate rating or pairwise rating.
